I’m a detail-oriented professional with 8 years of experience in data entry and administrative support. Over the years, I’ve built strong skills in managing information, staying organized, and supporting teams with precision and reliability.
Recently, I completed an intensive IT Support Skills training program, where I gained hands-on experience with CRM systems, project management tools, workflow automation, and key sales and marketing platforms like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Apollo, Lemlist, Clickup, Freshdesk, Airbnb, Calendly, Trello, HubSpot, and Asana and other important tools. I also learned the fundamentals of troubleshooting, customer support, and how to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Now, I’m excited to step into a new role where I can apply these tools and skills in a more technical and dynamic environment—ideally in IT support, admin operations, or customer service. I’m tech-savvy, adaptable, and always ready to learn something new.
