Hi! My name is Leericel, a customer service specialist located in Manila, Philippines.

I've been in this field for 4 years now and have learned different techniques in handling different type of customer while bringing good quality service.

I have also handled different kinds of account, such as Financial ( For Banks)

and Collections ( For Utility). I do also have expertise in customer service when it comes to online selling / market.

Aside from Customer Service expertise, I am also trained to do clerical jobs as I worked as an Administrative staff locally. Dealt with different types of people who helped me improve my skills
