My working career started in the Transformer/ Miniature Substation industry, spending 8 years growing and learning how to better my skills, working within various departments which has since contributed to my diversity.
I then moved to the Logistics, Distribution and Warehousing sector, starting in Freight Forwarding as a client based company representative which required me to become more conscientious and open-minded in my thinking, also learning the financial side of a business.
I have previously spent a short time in Dubai as a Project and Events Supervisor where I was required to recruit and manage a team.
On my return to South Africa I relocated to Johannesburg, once again in a client-based position. Soon after I was promoted to Assistant Manager of Operations at their HQ, spending almost 4 years running a team, route planning, staffing and warehousing.
Since the pandemic the world has changed drastically and as a result my wife and I have recently moved back to our home city of Cape Town and I have been assisting her in her online Administration, Research and Recruitment business. My goal now is to find remote work full time and provide valuable Customer and Business support to clients all over the world.
