KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
I consider the employment at Castle Climbing Centre, London, as my key achievement so far. Castle is
one of the largest and busiest climbing centres in the EU and sees hundreds of clients, daily. Being a
Receptionist-Administrator at the Centre was a rewarding, challenging and an educational
experience. The tasks and duties amounted to a high-level customer facing support, management of
the internal CRM and external client interface, responding to all queries in person, via telephone and
e-mail. Liaising with other departments of the centre, such as marketing for instance, was a part and
parcel of the role. Team work and individual excellence were of utmost importance. This was
rewarded with consistently positive customer feedback.

Personal Trainer qualification.
Additionally, having just relocated to Poland with a view of settling here permanently with my young
family, getting to know the culture and language lies very close to my heart.
