Ledile is a professional with over 8 years of working experience and fluent in 7 languages. She has served within various industries such as Engineering, Digital Marketing and Information Technology and has been exposed to a wide range of clients from Retail, Hospitality, Banking and Insurance. I am also a Certified Scrum Master with just over 2 years experience, experience in facilitating all sprint events (sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews). Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (i.e. grooming) and managing the product backlog. Ensuring cross-team coordination. Removing impediments or guiding the Development Team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. For the past year I’ve been working as a freelancer offering IT Support, offering support and technical assistance to customers who are using software, Project Managing digital and software projects as well as assisting small to medium businesses with branding and digital marketing. I’ve served within the Engineering, Digital Marketing, Information Technology industries and have been exposed to a wide range of clients from retail, hospitality, and financial services I love getting my hands dirty and enjoying learning new methods and techniques for solving problems
