 I am a fast and continuous learner. As a matter of fact, I just graduated from a six-week intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communication Technology. I attended the Advanced Social Media Marketing and Advertising and Chatbot development and Marketing. During the training, I learned basic advertising and how to set up a conversational Messenger bot. I learned how to automate customer support plans and create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales.

 I am competent in following instructions and value confidentiality. I have outstanding attention to detail and am passionate about my work. I am an experienced territory sales manager and a seasoned customer service representative in the field and in administrative work including but not limited to phone, chat, and email.
