I am a strategic finance and transformation executive with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, capital optimisation, and delivery performance across complex, asset-intensive portfolios. My career spans senior leadership roles in public and private sectors, including eHealth NSW, the G20 Global Infrastructure Hub, and Svitzer (a Maersk Group subsidiary), where I’ve consistently led enterprise-level finance, governance, and program delivery reforms.

My core strength lies in bridging the gap between financial strategy and operational execution. I bring a unique hybrid of PMO, CFO, and COO experience—ensuring that financial planning, reporting, and benefits realisation frameworks are not only technically robust, but also strategically aligned and commercially focused. This has enabled me to influence high-stakes investment decisions, optimise resource allocation, and deliver measurable value across national and global portfolios.

I have deep expertise in standing up enterprise PMO functions, leading major financial and digital transformation programs, and embedding fit-for-purpose governance aligned to legislative frameworks such as the PGPA Act, NSW Treasury TPP guidelines, and the Digital Restart Fund. Whether recovering $13M in overrun risks or delivering $10M+ in recurring savings through commercial redesign and contract optimisation, I pride myself on turning insight into action.

I’m also passionate about empowering teams. I currently lead and mentor a workforce of over 140 people, focusing on capability uplift, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. My leadership style is built on trust, transparency, and performance accountability.

In addition to formal qualifications in Accounting and Law, I am a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and hold Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification. These foundations allow me to engage confidently with both delivery teams and executive boards—translating complexity into clarity and aligning initiatives with enterprise-wide goals.
