My name is Lawrenz Ezechiel Talandron, Zeke for short and I will be your LONG term VIRTUAL admin assistant. As an experienced organized and results-oriented professional with almost 9 years of experience in administrative tasks, and customer service work in different corporate industries including Tech support, sales, customer service, emails, order fulfillment, and all other admin tasks.
I have general virtual assistant experience. My previous job was to make sure that we are processing the orders on time and making sure back orders and orders are filled correctly. I was also answering emails from our members.
We were using Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, five9 and NetSuite.
I was highly praised by the clients and my co-workers on how well I was doing on my job.
