I have been in the hospitality industry for 11 years and have 4 years events experience .

I am currently working as a Virtual Medical Incident manager and work virtually for a company based in Johannesberg called Park Doctor working with Doctors in the hospitality /Tourism field assisting them with Medicals for staff and guests as well as the logistics. Our core of job is helping staff and guests with incidents from critical to non critical and recording all the medical information on Pipedrive and managing the process. 

Part of our role as incident mangers is also to do many conference calls with the staff and guests , as well as coordination of travel and assisting them with their travel insurance , making sure that they assist them when they need to go to the hospital in a foreign country and we help them in this process.

I have been working virtually for 3 years and the company above is now moving office based ,hence the reason why im looking for another opportunity .

I have been in many managerial roles from Ops manager to Manager of large organisations /Lodges in South Africa , and have the ability to work as a team and work independently .I have worked for TOP brands Singita being one of them and understand the intricasy of booking guests and creating and tayloring a itineray just for them.

What keeps me motivated is making sure I make a difference , make a impact , for otherwise what is the point really . So that means working hard, dedication, strong administration skills, being reliable( especially when you working in a virtual environment ,people don’t like you dropping the ball), ability to pick up mistakes when others can’t, and most of all being a good communicator .

What I can offer is my quick thinking and ability to multi task , and working on many projects.

I have been working as well for an American company -helping them do there emails and reservations . I have knowledge of Slack,Opera ,Synergy and working on Google suite.

I also have a diploma in Hospitality Management as well as Events Management , as well as a diploma in Office.
