I bring five years of experience in customer service, having worked in various roles such as a manager and quality analyst. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in sales, customer service, and intellectual property, ensuring that customer needs are met with high standards of quality and efficiency. As a manager, I have overseen teams, driving performance and ensuring that processes align with organizational goals. I have also worked as a quality analyst, assessing customer interactions to improve service quality and satisfaction.
