Let me start off by providing my previous work experience. I started working in a call center in 2010 up to 2013 doing Phone, Chat, email and Technical support for US based clients. I then decided to work home based and was fortunate enough to land a couple of jobs which includes Chat, Email and Technical Support. I was also promoted as a Technical Supervisor and worked for a company which caters Technical Services for Android and IOS devices for 6 years. Unfortunately I was let go because the company decided to partner with a specific center and remove all direct hires. I value loyalty towards the company that I am working for and make sure I do my very
best to provide excellent work at all times. I also cope up with the latest trends, news and technology. I like to learn new things an add them to my skill set/knowledge. Even though I am pretty much of a workaholic at times I never forget to spend time with my kids/family if during my time or day off.
