In my recent roles at GETIDA, I gained extensive experience in Amazon Seller Central and reimbursement processes. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) from November 2023 to March 2025, I maintained communication with management to relay updates and took responsibility for mentoring and training the team. I helped address problems and identify effective solutions, ensuring the team was equipped to handle challenges such as lost transactions and reimbursement discrepancies.

From June 2021 to October 2023, I served as a Case Manager, where I worked with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth workflow and recover lost funds for clients. This involved collaborating with Amazon and internal teams to resolve missing transaction issues. Additionally, I led Reconciliation Reviews, making sure client accounts were accurate and discrepancies were addressed, so clients received proper reimbursements.

As a Reconciliation Review Trainer, I helped train the team to manage accounts effectively and resolve discrepancies. I also worked on Inbound Discovery (MD) to track and verify inbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving discrepancies. Lastly, I handled Inbound Review (LIN Review), ensuring the accurate processing of inventory at Amazon FBA warehouses and keeping clients informed on the status of their shipments.

These experiences have sharpened my skills in identifying and resolving reimbursement issues, giving me the expertise needed for similar projects.
