employees. Supported an organization of 1,000 global consultants which drove over $500M in annual revenues and
had continual positive year over year revenue growth for the last 3 years.
• Managed annual and monthly budget planning and performance analysis with finance partners: Capital ROI,
Sales to Revenue conversation, profitability contributions to corporate targets, and resource scheduling and
allocations needed to delivery results
• Completed an internal audit and remediation actions to improve automated supply chain and reduce manual
intervention in billing processes
• Chief of staff to the VP of Professional Services: Coordinated and lead quarterly leadership meetings to drive

Senior Manager: Verizon Enterprise Solutions

Created and managed two different operations teams: product strategy organization for the Enterprise Product
Management business unit and the Professional Services Operations team. Responsibilities included, but were not
limited to, financial planning and performance analysis, developed roadmaps for products and backend tool and
process changes, and working with leadership to communicate results and provide project updates internally within
the company and externally to customers and partners.
• Advanced the Strategic Partner process: assessment and assimilation of partners as resellers, new product
builds, and helped to define product integration for company’s Verizon is acquiring. On boarded 10 new
partners and improved rates and agreements of over 50 partners.
• Owner of over $100M of capital funding- tracking of return on investment and annual planning. Ensured all
investments achieved 90% or greater of their business plan goals,
• Lead annual compensation planning and assisted in commissions disputes
• Managed multiple parallel business intelligence projects to track cash flow from sales contract signature
through to project completion in conjunction with IT and Finance organization for automation and accuracy
• Developed mechanized system for organizing and updating processes and tools method and procedure
documentation using both SharePoint and google suite.
• Conducted monthly project governance and profitability analysis with senior partners and principles. Translated
results into executive communications for organization vice present to utilization with corporate presidents and

Joined Verizon as an entry level engineer. Achieved four engineering certifications over 18 months. Responsibilities
increased over 4 years to include operations functions like supply chain management, sales reporting and analytics,
developing new products and services, and project managing a lab build.
