Lauren McAuliffe

I have spent the last 8 years working for Verizon as an operations and strategy expert for their Professional Services IT and Business consulting division. In that time, I gained valuable skills around data analysis, presentation design, business planning and strategy development as well as execution. I completed my undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and recently completed my MBA as well through the Isenberg School of Business and UMASS Amherst with specialties in Entrepreneurship and Finance.

Over the last 6 months to exercise the skills I learned in the classroom and with a fortune 50 company, I have been helping close friends who are building a new company with their business plan, investor and customer sales pitch deck as well as providing other consulting for them. I am looking for a change in industry and location to continue to expand my knowledge and bring my past experiences to your company to help you achieve your business goals.

• Data Visualization. My content has been used by members of Verizon’s board of directors, at conferences, and published on our website. I have the skills necessary to build visualizations through graphics with imbedded numerical information needed in both Microsoft and Google platforms, along with CRM applications like Salesforce, and ERP programs such as SAP, in order to help you monitor and report on your goals.
• Presentation Design and Development. Getting the right attention through slideware can make or break a meeting. My abilities to tell a compelling story whether it be to investors, customers, to a leadership team internally, or for training purposes have been praised by my clients. I have the necessary skills in Microsoft, Google and Adobe to assist your team.
• Detail oriented Data Analysis and Management. Whether it's building models in excel, assisting in data entry, editing databases, or migrating into new tool sets. Critical thinking around what your data is telling you is the most important part to understanding your business and growing it. I am here to lend a hand with all of it and help you embrace the power of business intelligence!
