With over 20 years of experience in Argentina and the US, I have been fortunate to collaborate with prestigious companies such Westin, Crowne Plaza, Hilton, Marriott, Denihan Hospitality Group, Benchmark Hospitality & Calamos Investment.

I am a passionate advocate of people. Always looking to elevate the employee experience and support people development in a way that increases engagement and pride in work well done. Allowing our work to have a positive influence in our personal lives. Ultimately merging our professional & personal lives and translating them all into a healthier bottom line for our employers while building stronger communities.

Advisor in overall human resources, talent and culture development to both individual and businesses in the USA and Argentina. Coach, advise and provide expertise to Executives and professional as Human Resources generalist in all aspects of HR including policy development, interpretation, handbook creation, establishment of HR operations. Individualized support in overall employment challenges as well as labor conflict resolution.

I love to travel and have been to many parts of the world, but still have a long list of destinations to get to. I bring my passion for other cultures and languages to work and enjoy collaborating with others while creating positive and inclusive work environments.

As a life long learner, I stay curious and believe in sharing knowledge with others. Training and Mentoring makes teams stronger.

I would love to work on any H.R projects, gaining my experience in Hospitality, it would be easy for me to work in costumer service and multicultural environment but I'm open to other industry where I can gain new skills.
