I have six months of experience in patient care, where I worked at the Teaching Hospital. My main responsibilities included customer service, document review, manual opening of files, as well as digital filing in the hospital system. For better service, it was my task to retrieve the necessary files from each corresponding hallway where the patients were admitted, or locate them in the archives. Another one of my duties was the classification and filing of documents.

I also spent six months at Sedis (bond secretary). My main function was to assist people who were going to receive this aid. I would gather their information and verify their identification to ensure the accuracy of the provided data, in order to fill out the necessary forms for the bonus delivery. Another one of my responsibilities was to create banners so that people would know where the bonuses would be distributed. I classified each form by department, and additionally entered this data into the system for better control.
