As you may be aware, the customer service industry encompasses a wide range of fields, and I consider myself fortunate to have worked in various sectors.

I have experience in the following fields:

  • Logistics (Delivery services), which involves from the time the customer places the order online or via phone call, until the completion of the delivery order.

  • Handle customer's claims related to damaged, missing, and spoiled items. I was in charge of providing a quick solution to the customers, whether could be a refund or a replacement item.

  • Ticketing Platform for sports and music events. I was the intermediate point of contact between the customer and the brokers. Clients would contact me whenever an issue occurs with the delivery of their tickets through the different online platforms or apps. Also, I should assist customers with any inquiry related to their tickets, and process refunds and returns.

  • Credit Cards. I worked as a customer service agent for the Bank of Montreal at Teuls El Salvador. My duties as a credit card customer service agent included: answering general questions related to credit card types, and billing information, reporting lost or stolen credit cards, sending replacement credit cards, and canceling credit cards per client's petition.

  • Scheduling therapy appointments. Patients would contact me to help them find a facility that better suits their needs and get them scheduled for their therapies through worker's compensation in the U.S. Also, I should revise all documents related to their medical records and ensure everything is accurate and updated on their files.

I have been trained to work with customers through the main different channels: Calls, chats, and emails.

I have experience working remotely, and I consider myself to be good at it, as I do not need to be under constant supervision to deliver a professional well-done job.
