Laura Alejandra Cabrera Torres

I am Laura Cabrera, I am 32 years old. I studied Tourism and Hospitality Management at Los Libertadores University.

I started my career focused on Customer service and administration. I worked at a Large Minority travel agency as an Office assistant for 5 months. My main responsibilities were assisting my boss with weekly reports of meetings and customer service through emails and calls. Secondly, I worked at Juristours Travel Agency for three months where my main responsibilities were to sell tourist packages to clients and update data information for monthly sales. Also, I work in IGT Solutions as a Travel Associate where my main duties were to answer calls and emails from clients solving different situations of flights and bags.
