Hi! I’m Larmy Ann Soriano, Ann for short, a customer service professional with over 7 years of experience helping customers and making sure they feel supported and heard. I’ve worked in different industries like car rentals, eCommerce, tech, and virtual assistance, and I’ve learned that no matter the product or service, good customer service always comes down to empathy, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help.
I started my journey in customer service back in 2011, and since then, I’ve handled all sorts of tasks—phone and email support, order fulfillment, car reservations, tech troubleshooting, data entry, and even newsletter editing. I’ve supported teams from all over the world and worked with different tools like Shopify, Zendesk, and CRM systems. I adapt easily to new tools and love learning ways to improve both the customer experience and team workflow.
One thing I’m especially proud of is my time at GBC Trading Ltd, where I worked remotely as a Virtual Assistant. Aside from handling customer inquiries and orders, I was trusted to create the knowledge base for the entire CS team, which really helped us stay consistent and efficient. It was rewarding to know my work helped others.
I’m reliable, organized, and I always bring a calm, positive attitude to everything I do. I know customer service isn’t always easy—there are tough calls and frustrated customers—but I’ve learned to stay patient, listen actively, and turn those moments into something positive.
I’m fully set up for remote work with a wired internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and the Krisp app to keep calls clear. I’m available full-time and flexible with schedules.
