I am a Product Manager and Business Analyst with nearly four years of professional experience at Bitsol Technologies, where I have worked continuously since April 2022.

From April 2022 to December 2024, I worked as an SQA Engineer and Project Coordinator. In this role, I was responsible for functional and regression testing, automation testing using Cypress and Appium, API testing with Postman, performance testing using JMeter, defect tracking, sprint coordination, and release validation. I supported multiple web and mobile projects across healthcare, enterprise, and e commerce domains.

In January 2025, I transitioned into the role of Business Analyst and Project Manager. I conducted stakeholder workshops, gathered and documented business requirements, created BRD and FRD documents, defined user stories and acceptance criteria, mapped process workflows, and supported Agile sprint planning and backlog management.

Since January 2026, I have been working as an AI Product Manager at Bitsol Technologies. I lead AI focused product initiatives including educational AI systems, healthcare assistants, voice based AI support agents, and enterprise automation platforms. My responsibilities include defining AI logic flows, designing guardrails and escalation rules, translating business requirements into development tasks, coordinating cross functional teams, and validating AI behavior before release.

Across all roles, I have worked closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. I am experienced in Agile methodologies and distributed team collaboration.

My core skills include product planning, business analysis, quality assurance strategy, risk management, sprint leadership, and end to end delivery coordination.
