I've been with the BPO industry since 2017 but I've been working as a customer-related industry since 2013. I have 4 years experience and I've handled billing and sales, technical support in At&T and as customer service, and delivery and support (chat,email phone) in Amazon. And for the past 2years I've worked as virtual medical assistant as a lead agent. I've facilitated classes for product training, mentoring, auditing ,support a team and at the same being a insurance verification agent . I was trained for different campaigns but I can still manage to be a top agent. I am very hard-working that I can still work even on rest days and holidays. I am a fast learner, easy to get with and multi-tasking.
