I handled over 21 Skilled nursing facilities, communicated with different case managers from different insurances, and made sure to get approval for skilled nursing facility stays. I make sure that all patients in each facility have updated approved authorization for continued stay.

I was also a subject matter expert for 2 years and 10 months for benefits, eligibility, claims, reimbursement, recoupment and authorization.
