I am a results-driven Business and Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data analytics, sales operations, and business intelligence. I specialize in leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize organizational performance, streamline business processes, and support data-informed decision-making. With hands-on experience in both corporate and project-based roles, I bring a practical and analytical approach to every task.

My technical expertise includes Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Lightning CRM, and advanced Excel (including VBA). I have experience working with large and complex datasets, employing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, and Matplotlib for exploratory data analysis, as well as machine learning techniques including regression, clustering, and natural language processing (NLP).

I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Business Analytics from Carleton University, where I led a research project implementing a real-time decision support system for the Ottawa Board of Trade. This involved integrating multiple data systems (including QuickBooks and ChamberMaster CRM) using Python and SQL, and presenting insights through a Streamlit dashboard. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Data Analytics.

Professionally, I’ve worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at Optimizely, where I built dynamic dashboards and automated data pipelines to improve reporting accuracy and business forecasting. Prior to that, as a Business Systems Analyst at OSINT Tech Ltd, I led client-facing requirements sessions and supported high-impact initiatives like the Bangabandhu Satellite-2 project in collaboration with Thales Alenia Space.
