I am a Helpdesk Associate as of now and working in a company here in Metro Manila. I'm in this career for 6years. I have a lot of experiences when it comes to Customer Service. I also did face to face encountered with different people on my previous company. Also, I've been in a BPO company handling local account for one year and half. I make sure to satisfy client when they need assistance or answers from their queries. For me being in this kind of career needs more patience and listening skills to understand more your client.
