Laiza Leonor Rodas Ramirez

I graduated from a university in El Salvador and obtained a bachelor's degree in English language. I have worked in 2 call centers in a time lapse of about 4 years almost. I have handled customer service via chat, email and phone calls for 3 different companies in these call centers. I also taught for a while children from 7-14 years old as a volunteer at a military school as a part of a program for kids that have no English language education.
