Previously, as Site Management – Support, I served as a key point of contact for developers, addressing inquiries and resolving module or component issues. I conducted thorough troubleshooting, testing, and validation to ensure successful implementation of bug fixes with minimal disruption to operations. In my earlier role as Site Management – Developer, I built and maintained user-friendly, brand-compliant web pages using the Sitecore platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Beyond QA and content management, I bring a strong technical skill set that includes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Adobe Workfront, and a solid grounding in web standards and accessibility.
