Hi! My name is Claire.

I have been in the industry for almost 11 years.

I have started in BPO as General Accounting Associate.

I worked under Accounts Receivable Team doing billing, collection, cash application and reconciliation.

I was assigned to different industries such as airlines, banking, manufacturing and retail.

I was also sent offshore (India) to support my colleagues for their year end activities.

After the BPO, I was hired at a Global Shared Service Company specializing design and consultancy. I was a one man team handling debt collection, cash application, reconciliation, tax compliance reports, billing concerns and other related reporting.

I am knowledgeable with Zoho, Oracle, SAP, Citrix and MS Office
