CSE by profession and writer by heart. I have been working as a customer service executive in an oil marketing company for more than a year. From customer queries to the execution of orders, I have been looking after every task involving customer support to ensure smooth and quick operations. Addition to this, the work requires of designing the reports, maintaining and analyzing the data to assist in strategizing the existing business paradigms. Writing is something I crave for even when I am at work. It has the power of persuading, imagining and bringing your thoughts in a perfect manner if being written wisely.
