Lady Leovir Llamas

I have worked in a corporate environment for more than 13 years and spent the last 4 years in my previous organization with Learning and Development. As part of the Learning and Development team, I was exposed to facilitating learning sessions, be it an orientation for new employees, process trainings and as well as professional development trainings. Aside from being a learning facilitator, I was also immersed in digital learning, where I design and develop content for an organization with over 2000 employees. I can work independently and at the same time, I find working as a team important and critical in achieving a common goal. I am a fast learner and enjoy challenges.
