Lead Generation Supervisor
Supporting the Sales organization, we are looking for an energetic and motivating leader to guide the daily activities, performance and professional development of a team of lead generation representatives. The goal of the Lead Generation Supervisor is to drive the Lead Generation team to generate new, qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team to significantly increase pipeline volume, velocity, and conversion rates to achieve company revenue objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Support corporate lead generation activities, including: phone calls, emails, web research, data entry and data management
• Direct supervision and training of a team of lead generation representatives
• Manage quality assurance on lead data collection, entry and qualification processes
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• Collaborate with US lead generation supervisor on special campaign initiatives or additional follow-up on inbound leads
• Provide regular training on product or market updates, qualification processes, data management and soft skills
