Have been a supervisor for 9 years and had been part of Customer Service, Technical Support, Billing, Escalations Desk, Upgrades and Sales Operations/Lead Generations and Renewals. Has wide knowledge and experience in BPO industry from basic call center agent skills to supervisorial tasks (Quality Monitoring, Campaign Management, Process Improvement etc).
