I have about 25 years experience as an industrial manager in a few industries such as Automotive, Cable and conductor, Tissue and so on.

As a top manager, one of my main responsibilities has been to evaluate new ideas and new projects by discussing them with my team members, investigating environment and gathering related data from inside and outside of organization and analyzing them through SOWT or other methods and providing investors with market analytics, technical information and financial reports, helping them to make a better decision.

After reviewing all aspects of projects, the related strategies and business plans have been prepared.

Furthermore , preparing projects implementation plans, include allocating resources and budgeting have been among my other responsibilities.

Analyzing how the business improves in regular durations using information and KPIs was my other duty.

Additionally, I assisted investors and member of the boards to ensure that they can make the most benefit from their investments.
