I also handled appointment setting account and telemarketing calls for fundraising campaigns for a charity in the US and UK. My outbound tasks include selling online raffle tickets and pulling out credit or debit card information of customers for real time payment. Working for almost a decade in a call center industry, I was able to meet desired goals and expectations needed for the company.
