I'm a Product Owner with over 10 years of experience delivering SaaS products in Agile environments. I've worked across startups and enterprise teams, guiding products from concept to release with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and real user impact.

Most recently, I led product development at Revenue Solutions Inc., a public sector SaaS company that helps government agencies modernize tax and revenue systems. I owned the roadmap, translated user and stakeholder feedback into clear priorities, and delivered product improvements that increased customer satisfaction by 15%, improved sprint efficiency by 25%, and reduced delivery cycles by 10%. I was recognized with RSI’s “One Award” for cross-functional leadership.

Before that, I managed large-scale initiatives at FPI Management, supporting more than 900 property sites. I led the rollout of several third-party system integrations, streamlined operations, improved training and documentation, and helped reduce client escalations by 25% through better communication and support workflows.

Earlier in my career, I spent eight years at Intel, first as a Software Infrastructure Engineer and later as a Product Owner. I supported Agile transformation efforts, optimized build and release systems, and helped drive a CRM rollout used by over 2,800 internal users.

Throughout my career, I’ve been the Product Owner for multiple Scrum teams at a time and worked closely with others across engineering, UX, and QA to coordinate priorities, manage dependencies, and keep delivery moving forward.

I’m a Certified Scrum Product Owner and hold an MBA with a concentration in IT. I use tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Power BI to support data-driven, collaborative product development.
