Kunal Verma

Hi people, My name is kunal Verma and I live in India. I have completed my certified Data Analyst course and now I'm looking for a freelancing work from home job due to this occurring pandemic in India.

I've one year experience as a customer service associate in Tech Mahindra in Flipkart process. I used to handle Mails of customers and handle there queries and doubts and give them troubleshooting steps over mail.

I've also one year experience in event hospitality department where I used to assist guest with there basic problems and provide them with basics amenity solutions.
