My job profile is online transaction processing the US utility bills with quality.
Daily receiving the utility bill’s like (i.e. Electric, Water, Gas and Sewer) from clients.
Creating templates for the accounts based on the master data which was received from the client.
Sharing the Quality check as second toll gate and assuring the accuracy for the client
Which were not satisfying client rules that bills will be moved in to Exceptions
And finally checking processed bill’s and Exception bills and it will be done by the Quality.
Getting the updating from the client and updating the same to the process team.
Checking the Exceptions, Generating the Exception report and MIS Reports.
Monitoring DEO Operators and verifiers clarifying the issues.
