I have total of more than 10 years of experience in US Utility & Telecom invoice process. My job profile is an online transaction processing the US utility bills with quality.

• Daily receiving the utility bills like (i.e. Electric, Water, Gas, and Sewer) from clients.

• Creating templates for the accounts based on the master data which was received from the client.

• Sharing the Quality check as a second toll gate and assuring the accuracy for the client

• Which were not satisfying client rules that bills will be moved into Exceptions

• And finally checking processed bills and Exception bills and it will be done by the Quality.
