My name is Krizalin Samantha Licup and you can call me Sam.
I used to work as a Front Office Agent in a hotel here in Clark, Philippines way back in 2014 and lasted there for a year, I am the one who is in charge of the check in and check out of the guests and I am the first hand to cater their needs for their entire stay.
In 2015, I was hired as a Travel consultant in Emirates and what I do is that we handle customer bookings wherein we cater their special needs both their accommodation and airline bookings.
We used to talk with the customer through email, live chat and call.
3 years after, I was promoted as a Quality Analyst of my team and I was able to handle 50 agents and I prepare and organize the database and reports for them. I am also capable of managing filing systems as I always need to organize different types of documents for my team.
