I've been working with BPO companies and at Work From Home jobs for at least 10 years. I'm blessed enough to be part of the industry and to have met people and get the chance to work and grow with them at the same time. I started my journey way back 2007 as an agent. Through experience and work ethic, I got promoted as a Data Analyst for the Escalations Team back at Sutherland Global Services. Moved to other call centers and was hired at VXI Global Holdings as an agent then got promoted as an ID Admin and finally as a member of the Workforce Team tasked is getting the right number of productive people at a given date and time. I took a break from BPO scene and got married. I came back and transitioned to Work From Home setup type of jobs. On my day-offs, I love early morning walks with my dogs, cooking food for my wife and find something to install (additional lights, electricals, etc.) to my old car.
