I am Kristine Joy Lomitao, you can call me Joy for short.

I have worked in sales and customer service for more than eight years, and that role helped me build confidence and understand the value of customer loyalty. I am a responsive, positive, energetic, and caring customer service professional who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. I would describe myself as punctual, dependable, and someone who can be counted on to complete tasks with dedication and integrity.

During my time at Sutherland Global Services, I developed a strong foundation in handling a high volume of customer inquiries through multiple communication channels. I consistently adhered to service-level agreements while ensuring efficient and empathetic resolution of customer concerns. My transition to Dubai gave me the opportunity to broaden my skills in e-commerce customer service, where I managed a diverse client base, facilitated online transactions, coordinated logistics, and ensured prompt issue resolution—all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

As for my experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and others:

I regularly use ChatGPT as a reliable support tool both for work and personal development. Professionally, I use it to assist in creating content for social media, drafting emails, preparing client responses, and generating ideas for improving communication with customers. It’s particularly helpful when brainstorming creative ways to enhance the customer experience or when refining messaging for clarity and tone. I also use it for research and upskilling, such as summarizing articles, learning new concepts quickly, and improving my writing. The use of AI has allowed me to work more efficiently and stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
