Kristine Joy Dacayanan

Hi I’m Kristine one of the business managers of Virtus Business Process Outsourcing services in partnership with Virtual Workforce Professionals. I do client acquisition, retention and maintain good relationship with our clients. I also assist in training and helping team members develop and enhance their skills. I was awarded as the top business manager for exceeding our goals.

I am currently working as an appointment setter and virtual assistant for a real estate company based in Chicago. I do administrative tasks like calling property owners to check on available houses, apartments, condos or townhouses for rent. I also call tenants, offer available units and setup appointments to view the property. I am also working as a business development associate for an anesthesia company, where I do market research. I also call patients to set a consultation visit to one of our physicians. I have handled several campaigns doing appointment setting, sales, telemarketing, lead generation, data entry and virtual assistant for different industries like a painting company, real estate, web development and design, publishing, logistics and SEO in the US, Canada, UK, Singapore and Australia.

Me and my team have attended the full video training of Jordan Belfort's straight line persuasion which not only greatly increase our skills in the telemarketing industry it also improve my personality to be better than my last performance.

As a bridge between contractors and clients, I became an instrument of success by helping agents gain and expand their work opportunities and assisted clients in meeting their goals.
