I am an experienced ESL Teacher for 8 months. I've been teaching foreign students such as Korean and Japanese on how to write, read and comprehend written English. After my teaching experience, I became a CSR at the same time a TSR at Sutherland Global Inc. under the account Hughesnet Services. This is a satellite internet service offered to customers. As a TSR, we are assisting our customers regarding their connection issues. My latest work experience is as a Customer Service Advisor at Express Gifts Philippines which is a credit mail order company. Our job is to track the customer's order, placing an order and handling any queries customer may have regarding their credit account.

I am a hard working person and have an excellent English communication skills, computer literate and able to type 40 to 50 words per minute. I can say that my work ethic is great that when I commit to a deadline, I do whatever it takes to deliver. My friends told me that I am able to recognize and solve my own mistakes.
