I worked as a Customer Service Representive for almost 4 yrs. The first account that I handled is a credit card company. I answer calls of customers regarding their bills, accept payments over the phone and make notes regarding the call. I became a question and answer line in that account also where I assist other agents if they need help regarding the concern of their customers. I also became a tech assist where I assist customers regarding their account online. I also handled calls where I place orders of customers online. I was given a chance also to monitor some calls of other agents and coach them regarding their calls. I also handled an account for a TV cable. This is a pure technical account. I answer calls of customers if they have problems on their cable and assist them on what to do. I have experience also as a lead generation where we advertise to facebook grps. and assist those who is interested through facebook chat.
