With years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor and a Digital Marketer
I am passionate about customer service and it all started, prior to my freelancing career, when I got employed at a social enterprise company, focused on natural skin care products. I pioneered their Customer Service Department and eventually led a team of associates handling customer queries and concerns via phone, chat and email. One of the great takeaway from this experience, aside from the experience I gained from spearheading company processes and company-wide customer service campaign, I have developed the Customer-Centric mindset where I have mastered how to put myself in the customer’s shoes (cliché, I know!), understand their needs and deliver a delightful experience.

Being a creative person, I have developed my love for visual arts and writing. It started when I was in grade school when I enjoy drawing and writing stories. This is the reason why I pursued and earned a degree in Creative Writing from the University of the Philippines. I have learned how to use Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other photo and video editing tools to create graphic design which I use in marketing and social media platforms. My love for writing also opened doors for me in digital marketing - creating web content, social media posts, articles, video scripts, and business email. I have worked as a Content writer and Social Media Specialist in an office-based BPO company before I shifted to freelancing.
