With and Engineering degree and HR diploma, my expertise are mainly in understanding the customer need and meeting the same as well as the engineering part helps me in understanding the technical part easier and gives me the ability to assist as quick as possible.

My customer experience has been developing over the years of working in the hospitality, on land and ships, and in IT industry.
