In my role as a recruiter at Top Quality Coverage, I managed the full recruitment process, from advertising and screening to hiring. ​ I collaborated closely with the HR Manager and built long-term relationships with candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, databases, and referrals to source and assess talent. ​ This experience honed my ability to identify the right fit for roles and strengthened my interpersonal skills. ​

As a technical support specialist at Proctorio, I provided assistance to customers via phone, email, and online platforms, resolving software and hardware issues. ​ I also supported system installation, configuration, and maintenance, working collaboratively across departments to enhance user experience. ​ Reporting issues and suggesting improvements allowed me to contribute to the company’s technical growth. ​
