I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a BPO company for more than 2 years. By the time the pandemic started, I decided to stop working in a call center setting and find a work from home job instead. Luckily, I was hired as a Market Researcher and I worked remotely but that was only for 3 months. After the first home-based job I got, I applied for another remote job as an Appointment Setter and have been working there for about 2 years. All I can offer are the experiences I have gained from the company I have worked before and the dedication to work for the additional skills I will learn in the future job.
