My last job was at CHATGLOBAL, INC. a BPO / Call Center / VA company where I am,
• Assisting in setting up an appointment for ambulance transportation for all patients needing an emergent and non-emergent health attention and monitoring the status of patient transfer in our affiliated group of hospitals in Southern California and in Rhode Island.
• I also obtained clinical report of patients that needs to be transferred to the hospital from the nursing staff and caregivers of different home care facilities across the Southern California and in Rhode Island, USA
• I'm also responsible in giving pre-arrival / hospital report to the Emergency Room Nurses and nursing supervisor to be aware on what to expect with the patient regarding on their transfer to the ER.
• My other side task is Transcribing real time the progress notes thru dictation and draft copy of the Primary Care Physician after seeing the patient thru office visit.
• And lastly, I am Processing patient referral / authorization thru the insurance portal websites (Optum / Prospect / Regal Medical)
