I am Kristel Ann De Jesus and I have a total of 8 years experience in BPO. The accounts that I handled were, Sears Canada, Office Depot, Sirius XM, Fedex and Centre for Management Training. I was a Customer Service Representative in Sears Canada where the customer calls in and track the status of their orders. I was a Customer Service Representative in Office Depot where I was incharged to place order for customers, check the status of their delivery, process refunds exchange and rebates if needed. I was cross-trained for Technical and Chat support. I also trained to do an outbound call. I was an Inbound Sales Agent in Sirius XM where I will check what is the compatible plan to customer's vehicle. I was a Customer Service Rep in Fedex and I am incharge with checking the status of their package and also to process returns for customers. And lastly, I am a Delegate Sales/Media Executive in Centre for Management Training. I am incharge with putting all the updated information of customers in CRM and make sure to send them the right information using their email. I also doing an Outbound call to turn it to Sales.
