I worked for a big company as a Call Center Agent for a year. As a representative I was able to master my skills in Customer Service. I was also able to manage my scores which got me to a promotion as a Transition Coach after a year. As a Coach, I was trained to do Administrative tasks (generating agent's scorecards, end of day report, sending emails) I have good typing skills, can work under pressure, and can do multitasking. I always make sure deadlines are met in a timely manner. Being a Coach, I was able to master my Customer Service Skills even more.
